Goldie & Beygz started with a simple shift - getting into baking, then bread and quickly becoming obsessed with bagels…
Rooted in a love of coffee culture and a nod to Jewish heritage, the idea evolved into something more distinctive: the “Beyg” - topped, bite-sized bagels designed to be bold, satisfying and easy to grab.
What began at home, making them for family, quickly became something bigger - a concept built around flavour, speed and simplicity, without compromising on quality.
The name comes from a new chapter - Goldie - and the brand carries that energy: confident, a little playful and unapologetically characterful.
Think somewhere between a coffee cart, a bodega and a street-side staple - but clean, considered and built for today.
